Create a fine-grained token at github.com/settings/personal-access-tokens

Required settings:

Resource owner: ReddySolutions
Repositories: systems, reddy-systems, reddy-telemetry
Permissions:
- Contents: Read and write
- Pull requests: Read and write
- Actions: Read-only
